• Final Checks: Inspection of work done by others (e.g., IKEA assembly or other contractors) to ensure everything is in good condition—no scratches, damages, or errors.

What’s Not Included in Every Project

• Room painting

• Plumbing or pipe installation

• Electrical work (e.g., wiring, installing outlets, or lighting systems)

• Moving or removing walls

• Any construction work (e.g., flooring changes, tiling, door replacements)

• Structural changes to the property

• HVAC installation or modifications

• Assembling or installing large items (e.g., beds, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets)

• Custom furniture fabrication or carpentry

• Repairs for damages caused by prior work (e.g., fixing pre-existing holes or structural issues)

Important Note:
For any tasks involving construction, structural changes, or major installations, these services are not included in our projects. However, I’m happy to assist in arranging and finding reliable professionals to handle these aspects of your project, ensuring everything goes smoothly and meets your expectations.
